Central Resource Management provides a solution offering the Basis Audionet implemented speech verification and speech recognition features. Acknowledging that not all systems have interoperability with existing IVR applications, Basis Audionet enables all systems to use and support these speech features, independent of the type of services and applications present at a customer site.
